Ingredients
- 6 ounces wonton wrappers (half of a 12 oz. package)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
How To Make wonton crisps

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2Combine olive oil, water and soy sauce.

Step 3Place wontons on prepared pan (either whole or cut into thirds) and brush with oil mixture. Sprinkle lightly with five-spice powder.

Step 4Bake @ 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until light brown and crisp.

Step 5*** Substitute cinnamon & sugar and eliminate soy sauce for a sweeter crisp. *** Substitute lime juice for soy sauce and lemon pepper for five-spice powder.
