Wheat thins are a great snack enjoy with dip,salsa,plain with different spices

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk solids
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

How To Make wheat thins

  • Step 1
    Knead a little until smooth
  • Step 2
    Grease two Cookie sheets (10 x 15")
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle Each cookie sheet with cornmeal
  • Step 4
    Divide dough in half
  • Step 5
    Roll out half the dough directly onto cookie sheet with floured rolling pin. Rolling Dime Thin.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle lightly with Paprika,garlic,onion or seasoned salt.
  • Step 7
    Run Rolling pin over once more.
  • Step 8
    Prick with a fork.
  • Step 9
    Cut into squares or triangles
  • Step 10
    Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned
