Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry milk solids
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon molasses
How To Make wheat thins

Step 1Knead a little until smooth

Step 2Grease two Cookie sheets (10 x 15")

Step 3Sprinkle Each cookie sheet with cornmeal

Step 4Divide dough in half

Step 5Roll out half the dough directly onto cookie sheet with floured rolling pin. Rolling Dime Thin.

Step 6Sprinkle lightly with Paprika,garlic,onion or seasoned salt.

Step 7Run Rolling pin over once more.

Step 8Prick with a fork.

Step 9Cut into squares or triangles

Step 10Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned
