Ingredients

  • 2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    wheat germ
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry milk solids
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    molasses

How to Make Wheat Thins

Step-by-Step

  1. Knead a little until smooth
  2. Grease two Cookie sheets (10 x 15")
  3. Sprinkle Each cookie sheet with cornmeal
  4. Divide dough in half
  5. Roll out half the dough directly onto cookie sheet with floured rolling pin. Rolling Dime Thin.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with Paprika,garlic,onion or seasoned salt.
  7. Run Rolling pin over once more.
  8. Prick with a fork.
  9. Cut into squares or triangles
  10. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned
