- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup margarine or lard/margarine combination
- 1 - egg
- Enough - milk to make 1 cup
How To Make wheat crackers

Step 1Mix to Form a Ball.

Step 2Knead lightly,About 20 strokes

Step 3Preheat oven 425'

Step 4Divide dough into 4 parts

Step 5Roll out thinly on floured board or surface

Step 6Place on Greased Cookie sheets

Step 7Cut with Pie Crimper or Pizza Cutter to desired Cracker Size

Step 8Prick dough all over

Step 9Sprinkle with Salt

Step 10Bake 7-10 minutes or until lightly browned

Step 11Options: Increase proportion of whole wheat flour to white

Step 12Add 1/4 Cup of Wheat Germ
