We LOVE these super simple crackers! To keep them handy for snacking, I try to make them once a week. I use only 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper because we don't like them to be too spicy.

  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika

    cayenne pepper
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c

How to Make Uncle John's Spiced Crackers

  1. Open crackers into large, lidded container, such as a one gallon jar or a 32 cup bowl.
  2. Mix all spices and dressing mix together in a small bowl. Add oil and mix together.
  3. Pour spiced oil over crackers. Put lid on container and gently roll every 15 minutes for 2 hours to evenly coat crackers.
  4. Remove crackers to clean container. Will keep in air tight container for 6 weeks, but they'll be eaten before then!
