Ingredients
- 2 cans 14 1/2-ounce each) cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can 15 1/2-ounce) can white hominy, drained
- 2 - medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 - medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (use gloves)
- 1/2 cup cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cup fresh parsley, chopped /are celintro
- 4 - green onions, chopped
- 1 bottle (8-ounce) italian salad dressin
