The caviar of cowboys! serve corn chips or chips.This is the one dish the guys want for Monday Night football and Superbowl party it doest matter where you at home are tailgating, It a must so better double are tripple cause it will go in a hurry I always keep extra ingredients on hand! Oh my son said don't forget the cold beer lol

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 14 1/2-ounce each) cans black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can 15 1/2-ounce) can white hominy, drained
  • 2 - medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 - medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (use gloves)
  • 1/2 cup cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup cup fresh parsley, chopped /are celintro
  • 4 - green onions, chopped
  • 1 bottle (8-ounce) italian salad dressin

How To Make texas caviar dip

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except Italian dressing; mix well. Pour salad dressing over mixture; cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. over nights even better
  • Step 2
    Drain and serve with corn or tortilla chips. Makes 6/7 cups. I have as aside dish are salad
