I have made this numerous times and the recipe came from my sister's employees cookbook, The St Law Psychiatric Center Centennial Cookbook.
This is a nice little nosh by itself, or goes great with soup, especially tomato soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    box oyster crackers
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning, optional

How to Make Snack Oyster Crackers

Step-by-Step

  1. Place crackers in a large bowl.
  2. Pre heat oven to 250 degrees.
  3. Whisk everything else together, except crackers.
    Combine well.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, stirring three times.
