Ingredients
- 4 cups oyster crackers
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make salted caramel crackers

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the oyster crackers evenly on the baking sheet.

Step 3Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.

Step 4Turn up the heat until the mixture begins to boil, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes while the mixture bubbles and gets lighter in color.

Step 5Remove from the heat and quickly pour over the top of the oyster crackers. Gently mix until all the crackers are coated. Sprinkle with kosher salt.

Step 6Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!!!
