When I was a cook at Head Start a few years ago I had to dice 200 boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches but I did not have much time after boiling and peeling them so this is what I did.And I still do it at home.

- 1 bunch eggs
- 1 - pastry cutter
- 1 - deep bowl
How To Make pastry cutter to egg slicer

Step 1Simply peel any amount of hard boiled eggs

Step 2Put them into a bowl.

Step 3Push down on eggs with the forks of your Pastry cutter just like you were blending pastry.You can cut them small or large. When I need pretty pieces for a garnish I just cradle half an egg in the palm of my hand and gently cut once for neat slices.
