Ingredients

1 1/2 cquick oats, uncooked

1 cflour
-
1/4 cwheat germ
-
3/4 tspbaking powder
-
1 1/2 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 creduced calorie margarine
-
1/3 c+ 2 tablespoons water
-
·vegetable cooking spray
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make Parmesan Crackers
- Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl
- Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Add water and stir just until mixture is moistened
- Place dough on a large baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray
- roll dough into a 12 1/2" X 12 " rectangle
- cut dough into 60 squares. Use a ruler, or something with a square edge( to score) and using a knife, or pizza cutter cut the squares. 2 1/2" X 1" squares. pierce squares with a fork and sprinkle with cheese
- bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven 22 to 24 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned
- cool, and store in airtight container
