luscious lemon cheesecake
I love anything with lemons, bananas, or raspberries. Those are my downfall. Well I like almost everything but liver, squid,and peas. Thats where I draw the line.Any ways this is one of my favorite.

Ingredients
- 2--------8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1--------6 ounce graham cracker pie crust
How To Make luscious lemon cheesecake

Step 1Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice,peel and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs,mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with cool whip and lemon slices.
