1 loaf makes 2 bread bowls
Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of frozen bread ( i use rhode's but you can use whatever you like)
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
How To Make bread bowls

Step 1Once thawed cut loaf in half while it is still cold and form into balls. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet.

Step 2Brush with beaten egg.

Step 3Using sprayed plastic wrap cover your bread balls and let them rise till double in size.

Step 4When ready to bake preheat the oven to 350 degrees remove the wrap and bake for 25 mins or until golden brown.

Step 5Melt the butter and then brush over the bowls.

Step 6Let cool and then slice off the top and hollow out. Serve dips, soups, or salads inside!
