How to Make Atkins Friendly Tortilias
- Mix with a mixer all ingredients. Water (I said a pinch) but its less or more .. you want a batter consistancy.
- Cut parchment paper into four squares (hand sized squares)
- Us one teaspoon of this mix and spread on one square of parchment . Microwave for one min. This is for a soft tortila . But microwave longer for chips. I've added cheese and other seasonings for other flavors.
- I figure its 1 carb per tortilla. Mix lasts serveral days . I put it in a tupperware bowl and make as needed.
