Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped

How To Make almond pistachio cheese

  • Step 1
    Cream cheeses with mustard. On wax paper, shape into a roll about 9-inches long. Roll in nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
