This is a healthy snack that will lower your blood pressure, boost your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. Cut out the salt or use a sodium substitute and make it low sodium heart healthy snack. I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium - zucchini or summer squash
  • 1 Tbs - olive or refined coconut oil
  • To Taste - tellicherry black pepper & sea salt
  • To Taste - paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)

How To Make zucchini chips

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450. Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!
  • Step 2
    Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.
  • Step 4
    Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
