zucchini chips
This is a healthy snack that will lower your blood pressure, boost your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. Cut out the salt or use a sodium substitute and make it low sodium heart healthy snack. I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.

Ingredients
- 1 medium - zucchini or summer squash
- 1 Tbs - olive or refined coconut oil
- To Taste - tellicherry black pepper & sea salt
- To Taste - paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)
How To Make zucchini chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!

Step 2Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.

Step 3Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.

Step 4Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
