This is a healthy snack that will lower your blood pressure, boost your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. Cut out the salt or use a sodium substitute and make it low sodium heart healthy snack.
I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.

  • 1 medium
    zucchini or summer squash
  • 1 Tbs
    olive or refined coconut oil
  • To Taste
    tellicherry black pepper & sea salt
  • To Taste
    paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)

How to Make Zucchini Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 450.
    Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!
  2. Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.
  4. Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
