I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.
1 mediumzucchini or summer squash
1 Tbsolive or refined coconut oil
To Tastetellicherry black pepper & sea salt
To Tastepaprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)
How to Make Zucchini Chips
- Preheat oven to 450.
Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!
- Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.
- Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.
- Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
