  • 2 medium
    naan breads
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • TOPPING OPTIONS:

  • ·
    kosher salt
  • ·
    smoked salt
  • ·
    ground cumin
  • ·
    toasted sesame seeds
  • ·
    ground coriander
  • ·
    paprika

How to Make Salted Naan Crisps

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of naan breads with olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on one side of each bread. (mix and match)
  3. Using a pizza cutter, cut each bread into 8 wedges. Place wedges onto prepared baking sheets.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
