naan breads
1/2 c
olive oil

TOPPING OPTIONS:

kosher salt
smoked salt
ground cumin
toasted sesame seeds
ground coriander
paprika

How to Make Salted Naan Crisps

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2Brush both sides of naan breads with olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on one side of each bread. (mix and match)
  • 3Using a pizza cutter, cut each bread into 8 wedges. Place wedges onto prepared baking sheets.
  • 4Bake 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
