- 2-3 bags - radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, shaved
- 2-3 tablespoons black truffle oil (or evoo)
- 1 tablespoon everglades seasoning (or fav seaonong salt))
- - **chopped italian parsley for garnish**
- - **enough oil to deep fry**

Step 1get ingredients together

Step 2slice radishes very thin

Step 3heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry until golden brown. remove from oil and put on paper towels to drain. fry in batches

Step 4in a mixing bowl toss chips with truffle oil and everglades. Garnish with cheese and parsley
