Ingredients

  • 2-3 bags - radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 2-3 tablespoons black truffle oil (or evoo)
  • 1 tablespoon everglades seasoning (or fav seaonong salt))
  • - **chopped italian parsley for garnish**
  • - **enough oil to deep fry**

How To Make radish chips w/truffle oil & parmesan

  • Step 1
    get ingredients together
  • Step 2
    slice radishes very thin
  • Step 3
    heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry until golden brown. remove from oil and put on paper towels to drain. fry in batches
  • Step 4
    in a mixing bowl toss chips with truffle oil and everglades. Garnish with cheese and parsley
