Ingredients

2-3 bags
radishes, thinly sliced
2 oz
parmesan cheese, shaved
2-3 Tbsp
black truffle oil (or evoo)
1 Tbsp
everglades seasoning (or fav seaonong salt))
**chopped italian parsley for garnish**
**enough oil to deep fry**

How to Make Radish Chips w/Truffle Oil & Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  • 1get ingredients together
  • 2slice radishes very thin
  • 3heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry until golden brown. remove from oil and put on paper towels to drain. fry in batches
  • 4in a mixing bowl toss chips with truffle oil and everglades. Garnish with cheese and parsley
