  • 2-3 bags
    radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz
    parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    black truffle oil (or evoo)
  • 1 Tbsp
    everglades seasoning (or fav seaonong salt))
  • ·
    **chopped italian parsley for garnish**
  • ·
    **enough oil to deep fry**

How to Make Radish Chips w/Truffle Oil & Parmesan


  1. get ingredients together
  2. slice radishes very thin
  3. heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry until golden brown. remove from oil and put on paper towels to drain. fry in batches
  4. in a mixing bowl toss chips with truffle oil and everglades. Garnish with cheese and parsley
