I make this dip a lot ,it can be made in a jiffy .It is another recipe that was given to me by my Mom...As I go through my recipes,I am supprised at how many came from her over the years...No matter where I take this dip ,I come home with a empty crock pot..I often double or triple it ..Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.I like the tortilla chips best...

How To Make quick and eazy rotel and sausage dip

Step 1

Brown sausage in a sauce pan on medium heat.Add the Rotel tomatoes and package of cream cheese.Continue on medium heat ,mix well making sure that cream cheese is melted..

Step 2

I put mine in a small crock pot on warm or low till ready to serve.....Serve with tortilla chips or large dipping corn chips..
