Ingredients
- 1 - container (500 ml.) sour cream (light or full fat)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons instant beef bouillon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (i always use mixed peppercorns)
How To Make onion chip dip

Step 1In a medium bowl, add sour cream, onion flakes, beef bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 2Stir all the ingredients very well, cover and transfer to the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

Step 3If there are any leftovers, just cover again and return to the fridge. The next day, if the dip is thick, add a little milk until desired consistency.
