- - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - 1 teaspoon salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning
- - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make kale chips with lemon pepper seasoning

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Rinse, dry, and remove stems from kale. Cut kale into pieces (about 8 cups loosely packed).

Step 2In a large bowl toss kale and oil together until kale is lightly coated. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning and salt; toss to coat.

Step 3Place a baking rack on each of two baking sheets. Arrange kale in a single layer on the racks. Bake about 20 minutes or until kale is crisp. Cool slightly before serving.
