- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
How To Make homemade bbq potato chips

Step 1wash and scrub potatoes. then slice thin with a mandolin if you have one, about 1/8 of an inch thick. soak the potato slices in ice water for 30 mins to remove the starch. remove from water and pat dry.

Step 2mix all the seasonings.

Step 3deep fry in batches. flip them a lot to brown both sides. cook for 3-4 mins per batch. remove from oil onto a paper toweled plate just for a few seconds then transfer to a bowl and add some of the seasoning and toss while still hot until evenly coated. rinse and repeat until all potatoes have cooked.
