Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk solids
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce

How To Make corn chips

  • Step 1
    Combine cornmeal,flour,salt,baking powder,dry milk in mixing bowl
  • Step 2
    Stir in separate bowl water,oil,W.Sauce, Tabasco sauce
  • Step 3
    Add liquids to dry ingredients stir with a fork
  • Step 4
    Grease 2 (10 x 15) Cookie sheets sprinkle each with cornmeal
  • Step 5
    Divide dough in half
  • Step 6
    Roll out each half directly on each cookie sheet with floured rolling pin. Rolling dime- thin
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle lightly with Paprika,garlic,onion,or seasoned salt
  • Step 8
    Run Rolling pin over once more
  • Step 9
    Prick with fork all over
  • Step 10
    Cut in squares or triangles
  • Step 11
    Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown
