Makes about 1/2 pound cook 10-12 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons dry milk solids
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
How To Make corn chips

Step 1Combine cornmeal,flour,salt,baking powder,dry milk in mixing bowl

Step 2Stir in separate bowl water,oil,W.Sauce, Tabasco sauce

Step 3Add liquids to dry ingredients stir with a fork

Step 4Grease 2 (10 x 15) Cookie sheets sprinkle each with cornmeal

Step 5Divide dough in half

Step 6Roll out each half directly on each cookie sheet with floured rolling pin. Rolling dime- thin

Step 7Sprinkle lightly with Paprika,garlic,onion,or seasoned salt

Step 8Run Rolling pin over once more

Step 9Prick with fork all over

Step 10Cut in squares or triangles

Step 11Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown
