corn & black bean salsa
We love tomato everything but can't stand the chunks, so I run most of the ingredients through the food processor. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - md onion, diced
- 1 - md green pepper, diced
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic (fresh or jarred)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (ground)
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can yellow corn, drained (niblets)
How To Make corn & black bean salsa

Step 1Combine all ingredients except the corn and black beans into food processor.

Step 2Chop to desired consistency.

Step 3Stir in corn and beans.

Step 4Serve room temperature or chilled.
