We love tomato everything but can't stand the chunks, so I run most of the ingredients through the food processor. Hope you enjoy!

    md green pepper, diced
  • 1 large can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    minced garlic (fresh or jarred)
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper (ground)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow corn, drained (niblets)

How to Make Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except the corn and black beans into food processor.
  2. Chop to desired consistency.
  3. Stir in corn and beans.
  4. Serve room temperature or chilled.
