1can 15oz. black beans ( drianed)
1/2 cupsalas ( the one you like)
1/2 cupplain fat free yogurt
2 Tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro
How to Make Bean Dip
- Preparation: Place black beans and salsa in a blender and puree until smooth.Spoon dip into a bowl. Stir in yogurt, cumin and cilantro.Ready to eat!
