This recipe really does not need any measuring. Put in ingredient amounts to your taste. You can make a little or a lot. I use the huge zucchini in the summer and a few small ones when they are not in season. This dish is very healthy and tastes great. I use all fresh vegetables. It can also be frozen.

- - green pepper, chopped
- - celery, chopped
- - onions, chopped
- - mushrooms, chopped
- jar ragu, traditional
- - mozzarella cheese
- - italian seasoning, to taste
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make zucchinni bake

Step 1Chop all vegetables and put in a baking pan.

Step 2Sprinkle in seasonings and stir in ragu sauce.

Step 3Top with cheese and bake. When vege's are fork tender, it is done.
