Ingredients

10 czucchini, grated
-
4 conions, chopped fine

5 Tbspsalt

2 1/4 cvinegar

1 Tbspnutmeg
-
1 Tbspdry mustard
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspcelery seed
-
1red pepper, grated (seeded)

1 Tbsptumeric
-
1green pepper, grated (seeded)
How to Make ZUCCHINI SQUASH RELISH
- Combine first 3 ingredients & let stand overnight.
Next morning - Drain & rinse in cold water. - Place in large pan the first 3 ingredients that were just drained; combine with that the remaining ingredients.
Cook for 30 minutes. - Place in 6 sterilized pint size jars & seal.
Let age 2 to 3 weeks before using.
