Ingredients

  • ZUCCHINI LASAGNA

  • 3 or 4
    zucchini (washed and sliced longwise)
  • 1jar
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz
    no fat cream cheese

How to Make Zucchini lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. Place small amount of sauce in bottom of baking pan. Layer the zucchini , cream cheese sauce and mozzeralla cheese. Ending with sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top.
