- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 cup flour

How To Make zucchini fritters

Step 1Sprinkle salt on zucchini. Let stand 15 minutes. Squeeze excess water and mix together with remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoons in 1/4-inch hot oil, in heavy fry pan. Brown on both sides. Makes 4 servings.
