    zucchini squash, sliced in circles
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    salad oil
  • 1
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 slice
    white bread, broken up
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese,grated

How to Make Zucchini & Cheese Casserole


  1. Cook squash and onion in oil until tender. Beat egg and add with the evaporated milk, salt, pepper and bread. Alternate layers of squash, cheese and milk mixture in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes.
