zucchini squash, sliced in circles
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
salad oil

egg
1 c
evaporated milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 slice
white bread, broken up
1 c
cheddar cheese,grated

How to Make Zucchini & Cheese Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook squash and onion in oil until tender. Beat egg and add with the evaporated milk, salt, pepper and bread. Alternate layers of squash, cheese and milk mixture in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes.
