Ingredients
- 4 cups zucchini squash, sliced in circles
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 slice white bread, broken up
- 1 cup cheddar cheese,grated
How To Make zucchini & cheese casserole

Step 1Cook squash and onion in oil until tender. Beat egg and add with the evaporated milk, salt, pepper and bread. Alternate layers of squash, cheese and milk mixture in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes.
