They cook quickly and they are so tasty when combined together. My daughter Briana likes to add Feta or Gorgonzola crumbles to hers while the veggies are still hot. You will not believe how quickly these veggies are sauteed. Plus they are delicious. I have also added shredded carrots to them before, so what ever you have on hand @ the time. They are great.

Ingredients

3 mediumzucchinis halved then sliced

4 mediumfresh roma tomatoes, cut into eights

1 largeonion sliced and rings seperated

5-6 mediummini sweet peppers, cut into ringlets

1-11/2 tspsteak seasoning

1 tspgranulated garlic

1/3-1/2 cfeta cheese crumbles or cheese of choice, optional

3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
