Zucchini and Bisquick Squares
3 cthinly chopped zucchini, unpeeled
1/2 conions, finely chopped
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
2 Tbspfresh parsley copped
1/2 tsporegano, dried
1 dash(es)fresh ground black pepper
1 clovefinely chopped garlic
1/2 cvegetable oil
How to Make Zucchini and Bisquick Squares
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease 9x13 baking pan
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color.
You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
