Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 3 - ribs of celery, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 cans cream style corn (17 oz each)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Make zingy corn casserole (sallye)

Step 1Cook rice according to package directions, set aside Preheat oven to 325º Grease a 2 quart casserole dish (9" x 13")

Step 2Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter until tender Combine with all other ingredients in a large bowl, mix well

Step 3Pour ingredients into greased casserole dish and place in oven Bake at 325º for 30 minutes
