Zelda's Stir- Fried Bok Choy

Zelda Hopkins

I asked a gardener at the local farmer's market how she cooked Bok Choy. She said this was her favorite way. I did a little adjustment to it to make it mine. I make this several times in the summertime. This recipe is about three years old.I hope you enjoy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
