- 4 large ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- - salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh basil
How To Make yummy corn

Step 1Remove corn from the cob.

Step 2Melt butter or margarine over medium heat.

Step 3Add corn and cook until just tender.

Step 4Add sour cream and whipping cream.

Step 5Stir and continue cooking until corn is tender. Cooking time will vary according to the corn getting tender.

Step 6Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Step 7Remove from heat and sprinkle top with basil.
