  • 4 large
    ears of corn
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp
    basil, fresh is best but dried is fine!
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 Tbsp
    margarine or butter

How to Make Yummy Corn


  1. Remove corn from the cob. Melt margarine over medium heat. Add corn to margarine and cook until it is getting tender. Add sour cream and whipping cream. Stir and continue cooking until corn is tender. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and sprinkle top with basil.

    Cooking time will vary according to corn getting tender.
