Ingredients
- 1 - large onion, peeled, sliced 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 cup fiber one bran cereal, original flavor
- - salt and spices to taste
- 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
How To Make weight watcher onion rings

Step 1preheat oven to 375

Step 2put cereal in food processor and grind to crumbs, add seasonings.

Step 3one by one coat each ring, first with egg, then cereal mixture

Step 4evenly place on non-stick cooking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes flipping rings halfway thru cooking time.
