fiber one bran cereal, original flavor
salt and spices to taste
1/4 c
liquid egg substitute

How to Make Weight Watcher Onion Rings

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat oven to 375
  • 2put cereal in food processor and grind to crumbs, add seasonings.
  • 3one by one coat each ring, first with egg, then cereal mixture
  • 4evenly place on non-stick cooking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes flipping rings halfway thru cooking time.
  • 51 serving, equals 153 calories,
