How to Make Weeknight Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Dump bag of coleslaw mix into a big bowl. Need room to mix it up. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Taste. Adjust sugar and/or vinegar to your liking.
  2. Transfer to a bowl with lid and refrigerate while your main dish is cooking~like sloppy joes!
  3. Before serving give the bowl a good shaking if it has a locking lid or stir well before serving
