stalk celery, diced

frozen vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cauliflower, etc.)
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c
bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c
milk
3
eggs
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

How to Make VEGGIE PIE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the frozen vegetables in a greased round casserole dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Add onion, celery and cheese.
  • 2In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over vegetble mixture.
  • 3Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the halfway point comes out clean.
