Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 - stalk celery, diced
- 1 package frozen vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cauliflower, etc.)
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make veggie pie

Step 1Place the frozen vegetables in a greased round casserole dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Add onion, celery and cheese.

Step 2In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over vegetble mixture.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the halfway point comes out clean.
