Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 - stalk celery, diced
  • 1 package frozen vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make veggie pie

  • Step 1
    Place the frozen vegetables in a greased round casserole dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Add onion, celery and cheese.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over vegetble mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the halfway point comes out clean.
