Ingredients

  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    stalk celery, diced
  • 1 pkg
    frozen vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make VEGGIE PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the frozen vegetables in a greased round casserole dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Add onion, celery and cheese.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over vegetble mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the halfway point comes out clean.
