Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen whole greens or asparagus
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make vegetable

  • Step 1
    Blanch 1 pound green beans (or) asparagus for 3 mins
  • Step 2
    Microwave bacon until partially cook, cut each piece in half, wrap 1 piece of bacon around a bunch of about 5 green beans or pieces of asaparagus
  • Step 3
    Take a green onion strips and tie bundle in center, place bundles into a 9X13 inch glass banking dish
  • Step 4
    Make glaze of brown sugar, garlic powder, butter, salt & pepper to taste, pour glaze over bundles in baking dish.
  • Step 5
    Roast in Pre- Heated 350 degree oven for 30 mins
