- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, light
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium tomatoe seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Step 1place beans in boiling water to cover in a small saucepan, simmer 3 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain rinse with cold water, and drain

Step 2Sauté corn kernels, chopped bell peppers, salt, and pepper in hot oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until corn is tender, Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in wine and cook 1 minutes.
