This is a very versatile recipe. Great as a vegetable or side dish Add cashews or tofu to make it a vegetarian main dish. Add shrimp, chicken, beef, or pork to make it a main dish.

Ingredients
- 3 - heads broccoli, chopped into flowerets
- 1 medium sweet onion, cut into 1" squares
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce, optional
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, peeled, and grated
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- salt, to taste
- sliced green onions, optional
- sesame seeds, optionial
How To Make vegetable stir fry

Step 1Combine the broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in large container.

Step 2Put all the sauce ingredients into small container: rice wine, rice vinegar, and soy sauce and the Sriracha hot sauce if using.

Step 3Combine the garlic and ginger together.

Step 4Heat oil in a wok to a high heat. Add all the veggies and stir fry for 6-8 minutes until they are turning brown on the edges and are the right tenderness.

Step 5Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the sauce ingredients, Turn off the heat and let cook another couple of minutes.

Step 6Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions just before your serve.
