How to Make Vegetable Puree for soups, sauces, and gravies

Step-by-Step

  1. Instead of dicarding leftover veggies, place in food processor with small amount of broth and puree. Place in snak ziploc bags, freeze. Use for soups, sauces, and gravies.
  2. This the recipe I used that produced these veggies for pureeing. Beef Stock and shredded beef
