How to Make Vegetable Pilaf
- Coat skillet with cooking spray and place bell pepper, garlic, basil, black pepper, and rice in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until rice is browned and bell pepper is crisp tender.
- Stir in stock. Heat to boiling. Cover and cook on low 10 minutes.
- Stir in thawed vegetables; cover and cook 10 more minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender.
