vegetable pie
I have been making this pie forever!!!It has evolved over the years but what ever I do to it it always turns out great. You can use Bisquick or your own home made Bisquick mix.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped brocolli or cauliflower
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped pepper ,red green or yellow
- 1 cup shredded old cheddar....i useda mixture of cheddar and baby parmesan
- 1/2 cup bisquick or homemade baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon eack salt and pepper
- 2 - eggs
- pinch cayenne
How To Make vegetable pie

Step 1*The above recipe is a basic and to that I added asparagus, cilantro and 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seed. Spray a pie plate with pam . Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Mix the bisquick, milk, hemp seed,cayenne, salt and pepper and eggs. Blend well and pour over the veggies and cheese. I laid asparagus on top in a spoke design. Cook 35 - 45 mins till brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
