Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 large red onion, sliced
- 1/2 large red pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 large orange pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 5-6 medium mushrooms, washed and sliced
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, or to taste
How To Make vegetable medley

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add red and yellow peppers and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and zucchini; season with pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
