Ingredients
- 2 cups okra, fresh, sliced
- 1 - zucchini, sliced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, italian-style
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste....take note if canned veggies are salted
How To Make vegetable medley

Step 1Place all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer using medium heat until tender.

Step 2You can serve as is or use on rice or noodles. You can add more broth for a soup.
