Ingredients
- 1 - 26m oz can reduced-fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - 16 oz bags frozen veggie mix, thawed
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
- 2-2/3 cup french's fried onions
How To Make vegetable bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together the sour cream, soup and pepper.

Step 2Stir in veggies, 1-1/2 cups cheese and 1/2 the onions. Spoon mix into casserole dish.

Step 3Cover and bake for 40 mins. Uncover and stir. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 mins, or until cheese melts.
