Ingredients For vegetable bake

    26m oz can reduced-fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c
    light cream
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2
    16 oz bags frozen veggie mix, thawed
  • 2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 2-2/3 c
    french's fried onions

How To Make vegetable bake

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together the sour cream, soup and pepper.

    Stir in veggies, 1-1/2 cups cheese and 1/2 the onions. Spoon mix into casserole dish.

    Cover and bake for 40 mins. Uncover and stir. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 mins, or until cheese melts.
