vegetable bake
Bisquick recipe idea: I love my Bisquick and this is a great recipe to use up some of those end of summer vegetables. Like those never ending zucchini; but don't stop there- you can change up the vegetable to whatever you have on hand or what your family likes. This can be ready to bake in 15 minutes. Put in oven for 35 minutes and you are good to go!! Make extra- freezes well. For 2 people just use half the recipe ingredients and bake in a 8x4 inch loaf pan.
