  • 4
    fresh turnips
  • 2 tsp
    evoo = extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash seasoning (your choice)

How to Make Turnip Fries

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel turnips, slice and cut into strips to resemble french fries.
  2. Place EVOO & Mrs. Dash in a gallon reseable bag.
    Add turnip strips to bag. Seal bag and rub seasoning and oil to cover the strips.
  3. Place on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. (May bake a few minutes longer if you like your fries crispy. Enjoy!
