- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 large scallions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 2 tablespoons splenda
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make too good to be healthy stir fried green beans

Step 1Combine garlic, ginger, scallions, sherry, splenda, soy sauce and 1TBS water. Set aside.

Step 2Heat peanut oil over medium-heat heat. Stir fry beans until tender crisp. Add water and continue stir frying another 2 minutes or until water evaporates. Add sauce. Continue stir frying 5-6 minutes until tender.
