Having health issues made relearning to cook hard to master at first. Things didn't taste very good at first. If you use several differnt seasonings, you get all the flavor without the calories, carbs or fat. Healthy eating for anyone with or without health issues.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 large scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 tablespoons splenda
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds green beans
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make too good to be healthy stir fried green beans

  • Step 1
    Combine garlic, ginger, scallions, sherry, splenda, soy sauce and 1TBS water. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Heat peanut oil over medium-heat heat. Stir fry beans until tender crisp. Add water and continue stir frying another 2 minutes or until water evaporates. Add sauce. Continue stir frying 5-6 minutes until tender.
