    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    ginger, minced
  • 2 large
    scallions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 lb
    green beans
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Too Good To Be Healthy Stir Fried Green Beans


  1. Combine garlic, ginger, scallions, sherry, splenda, soy sauce and 1TBS water. Set aside.
  2. Heat peanut oil over medium-heat heat. Stir fry beans until tender crisp. Add water and continue stir frying another 2 minutes or until water evaporates. Add sauce. Continue stir frying 5-6 minutes until tender.
