How to Make Too Good To Be Healthy Stir Fried Green Beans
- Combine garlic, ginger, scallions, sherry, splenda, soy sauce and 1TBS water. Set aside.
- Heat peanut oil over medium-heat heat. Stir fry beans until tender crisp. Add water and continue stir frying another 2 minutes or until water evaporates. Add sauce. Continue stir frying 5-6 minutes until tender.
