- 4 large - tomato's
- 15 fresh - basil leaves
- 2 - green onions
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup best foods mayo
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - 9" prebaked deep dish pie shell
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Cook pie shell according to package. After turn oven to 350 degrees F. Place the tomatoes in a colander in the sink in 1 layer. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 20 minutes. Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Combine the grated cheeses and mayonnaise together. Spread mixture on top of the tomatoes.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. To serve, cut into slices and serve warm.
