Ingredients

  • 4 large - tomato's
  • 15 fresh - basil leaves
  • 2 - green onions
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup best foods mayo
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - 9" prebaked deep dish pie shell

How To Make tomato pie

  • Step 1
    Cook pie shell according to package. After turn oven to 350 degrees F. Place the tomatoes in a colander in the sink in 1 layer. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 20 minutes. Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Combine the grated cheeses and mayonnaise together. Spread mixture on top of the tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. To serve, cut into slices and serve warm.
