Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make tomato-cucumber salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, gently toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, feta and basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad; toss coat. Refrigerate any leftovers.
