Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make tomato-cucumber salad

Step 1In a large bowl, gently toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, feta and basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad; toss coat. Refrigerate any leftovers.
